By entering the premises, accessing our website or mobile app, participating in gaming activities, using our loyalty program, or utilizing any service provided by us, Patron acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be governed by Nevada law, excluding its conflict-of-laws provisions.

By patronizing Stage Door Casino, Patron releases and holds harmless the operators and owners from any liability for damages, losses, injuries, or other harm resulting from gaming activities, participation in promotions, use of our services, or attendance at our venue.
